Throughout my career as a product manufacturer, the principle of "Invention, the mother of all necessities," has been a key guiding force for me. This saying holds the same amount of truth now as it did when I first started in the industry. In our ever-changing world, fresh challenges arise regularly, urging us to seek solutions to simplify life compared to yesterday.

In my early days as a manufacturer, I encountered many difficult obstacles. I frequently wished for mentors or guidebooks to help me navigate these challenges. Over the years, I gained valuable insights and answers to the numerous challenges that come with product development by experimenting and making mistakes.

When I thought about my own experiences and the difficulties faced by newcomers, I felt a strong urge to pass on my knowledge and understanding. Therefore, the process of creating this book "Product Development Should Be 'Peace of Mind' and Not a Pain in the A.. !" started - a project done with love that took three years, FYI :)

What’s In The Book?

This book explores the difficulties and obstacles clients and manufacturers face throughout various stages of product development, providing successful remedies. I have carefully designed 113 checkpoints to assist readers in steering clear of typical challenges and beginner errors. Indeed, there are 113 checkpoints! You might think I'm crazy, but believe me, they make the process easier for both you and your clients.

Furthermore, the book offers advice on crafting reliable contracts to avoid conflicts between customers and manufacturers. By clearly defining ownership and entitlements, such as identifying the owner of molds and thus, the chance of lawsuits or conflicts is significantly reduced.

Did I Have Challanges While Writing the Book ?

Oh, absolutely! It is difficult to write a book while also running a business.

Nonetheless, it is possible through persistence and effort.

One of the major hurdles I faced was determining how to incorporate 27+ yrs of experience in the Mold Manufacturing Industry in just one book. You end up with the question of what to add and what to leave out. Multiple revisions of the initial draft were necessary to strike a balance between thoroughness and conciseness, ensuring that the content stayed focused and impactful.

This book is dedicated to all the beginners in the industry who look for a mentor or in search of a handbook.

So now you might wonder is it only for them? NO!! Its for the companies as well to streamline their production process.I have written this book wholistically to help anyone with ideas for product development and people at different walks of production as well.

Through this book I would like to give my readers a future projection of their company and highlight the trajectory of the growth.
